Ginger in Syrup  

Young stem ginger in a variety of shapes and sizes is cooked in cane sugar syrups. Availabe either in a percentage of syrup or drained.

 
Ginger Pulp  

Delicious Syruped Ginger, pulped after syruping. An extremely versatile format which allows for optimum flavour release of sugar processed ginger.

 
Ginger Shreds/Grated  

A mechanical shredder is used to cut the young stem ginger to fine and even shreds after trimming and washing process. The ginger shreds are then blanched and packed in containers with a vinegar based solution with no added sugar to preserve the fresh ginger. Also available with sugar.
 
Ginger Puree Green  

Made from freshly picked ginger, which is sent straight from the field for immediate processing.

 
Ginger Puree Citric & Acetic  

Young stem ginger pureed and preserved as either citric or acetic.
 
Ginger Mini Cut in Water  

Young stem ginger from Buderim Ginger, is cut into small pieces and packed in containers with added water.
 
Ginger Frozen Fresh  

Ginger straight from the farm, washed, sliced and frozen.
 
Ginger Dried  

Available in Ground and Slice

 
Ginger Creme  

Ginger Creme has a luscious smooth texture accompanied by a sweet ginger flavour. Incredibly delicious, incredibly versatile.
