GET READY FOR THE GINGER FACTORY'S FIRST "Festival of Food" Fire up your tastebuds... the famous Ginger Factory at Yandina is planning a free weekend festival of food, food and more food, featuring chefs from some of the Sunshine Coast's leading restaurants in "live" master class sessions. The first ever "Festival of Food" will be held on Saturday October 2 and Sunday October 3 with a line-up of events sure to delight food lovers from near and far. Just imagine - gourmet food tastings run by the Sunshine Coast’s favourite food companies, a produce market featuring goodies from the Noosa Food Trail destinations, bartending and cocktail demonstrations, all the tips and tricks you need to know to design a great kitchen AND demonstrations of the latest in cooking appliances from Kleenmaid. Plus all the fun of the Ginger Factory with its great shopping, the fascinating Taste of Ginger Tour and cane train rides. Best of all, Festival of Food activities are all free.
